Reno Channel Outage due to Switch Fiber failure from Reno. Sorry for the delayed post as I was travelling all day today. They did not give us heads up and this is not acceptable. Unfortunately I was notified it will not be restored until Saturday morning. I did post an update on Facebook about 7PM. I apologize for the delay in reporting and I did receive several email notifications from Toni and Yvoone. Thank for filling out the form for outages. Thanks Ken.

There has been no outages to specifically report in the last 2 months and we do not report specifically unless a known outage occurs.

A TV viewer in Spring Creek reported that Reno/SLC Channels were intermittent. We had our technician check systems and it appears there was Data problems
